I am about to be sent on a training course so that I can learn all about the Avaya partner ACS which my company are getting soon. I have already been on one about the
polycom soundstation which they are getting too. I feel quite a lot of pressure to learn everything really well because I am going to be the person instructing everyone else in the company as to how to use it. I think that it will be a really good challenge for me and I am sure that I will enjoy it in the end. However, doing it the first few times will be pretty daunting especially as I will be teaching the higher managerial staff to start with so it is not as if I get to practice on some more familiar colleagues. I have never done any teaching before either, I was just the person in the company who happened to have some free time when the training course was happening. I think that it will be good for me and I am sure I will develop some useful teaching techniques after doing it fr a while, I just hope that it will not take me too long!
