I have been trying to decide whether to do a k alliance course. I have been reading a lot of good things about the company and these courses and so I think that it will be a really one to do. The dilemma that I am in is that I do not think that my company will pay for the course for me. It will really help me in my job but I know that although the a href=”http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS145422+29-Apr-2009+PRN20090429″>k alliance courses are good value for money, they just do not have the money to pay for it at the moment. I think that I may have to pay for it myself and that will cost quite a bit of money. I may end up getting a promotion as a result of it and then, once the company start getting better off again they might be able to give me a pay rise it is a risk of course, because that pay rise may not happen. Also I do not have that much money myself and if I do get made redundant because the company gets into real difficulties then this could put me in a very difficult financial situation. I would like to think that it would help me to get another job more quickly but if I have not yet completed the course, if it takes me some time to find a job then I will have less savings to live off in the meantime. It is a very tricky situation.
