I have a party to go to soon and am wondering what to wear. It is normally hard enough to decide what to wear anyway when going to party (well at least for me) but to have to think of something which will work for a fancy dress party, which is what they are having, will be even harder. I have not got a lot of money to buy or hire a costume so I will be having to make something up. I am tempted to just wear one of my husbands movie t shirts and then wear something with it to try to look like a character from that movie but I think that might be a bit boring. I may be able to borrow some things form my friend to make a 80’s costumes as she has a small collection of luminous socks, leggings and t-shirts which could work. They are not proper 80’s things, they are new things that she has bought for clubbing and so people may not know what I am going as. I think I may end up using a sheet as a toga and going as a Roman as I am sure that i can make a headdress and look the part and it will be cheap as I have a pair of brown sandals. Maybe I will have a look through my sisters wardrobe first as she never throws anything away and may have something good.
