It can be quite difficult knowing which software is the best to buy. At the moment I am trying to decide on recruitment software and there are so many different ones around, which do what I want that I am not sure which to get. I love the fact that they have additional features but the problem is that I am not sure which of these will be most useful for us until we start using them. It is tempting to just buy the cheapest staffing software but that may mean that we do not get something that is good quality. I am not prepared to buy something if it is not an improvement on what we already have, I know I find new software fun but that would be silly! I think I find the research as exciting as getting the software and finding out whether it is as good as i had hoped and whether i had made a good purchase is also something which I love finding out.
