I have always thought how amazing the mikoyan-gurevich company was an how innovative they were, ever since doing a project about them at school. It has always made me think that I wanted to fly a fighter jet but as I grew older I realised that this was not the right career for me. I still like the planes though and am often surfing the Internet to find out more about them and see what information I can get and what photos I can look at online. I guess I am a bit of a MiG geek really! I have even been having a look into having a trial flying lesson because I would just love to sit inside one of these amazing machines and watch it actually working from the inside. I am sure that, as there are a few on offer online now, I will soon be persuaded to have a go, but for now I am happy admiring them from the outside. I have a fear of heights you see and the idea of going up in a small plane is not a good one for me!
