I watched this really interesting TV program the other day where a man bought a property online without even seeing it. It is amazing that our technology is so good ow that someone can be confident about spending that much money without even taking a look at what he is getting because he is able to get all of the information he needs remotely. I love shopping on lone as it is so convenient but I am not sure that I would want to buy a house this way as I am sure there is no 14 day cooling off period like there is with other goods! I seem to be so much shopping on line lately, it is not surprising that the high street shops are all closing down. I am sure that before this recession is over we will see many more businesses and store closures and many more things being only available on the Internet as it is cheaper to sell on there than have a property to rent and pay tax on.
